Starting Salaries for New College Graduates:
The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) recently released a study of salaries and jobs for 2010 graduates. The study found that average starting salaries were down 1.7% from last year but more jobs are available for this year’s graduates. Liberal arts majors are seeing the biggest salary decline at 8.9%. Business management salaries are down 8%, and marketing salaries are down 2.1%.
